Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect

Contact forms: name, email, phone, organisation name and type, and your message.

Invoices and payments: client name and email, service description, amount and payment reference. We do not collect or store card data — it is entered directly on the Tap Payments page.

Technical data: basic server logs our hosting provider needs for security.

2. How we use data

To respond to your requests and prepare quotes, to issue invoices, confirm payments and send receipts, and to meet legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

3. Third parties

We use service providers that process data only on our behalf: Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection (Turnstile), Tap Payments for payment processing, and our email provider for sending messages. Each has its own privacy policy.

4. Cookies

The website uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Turnstile may set technically necessary cookies to verify that a visitor is human.

5. Retention

We keep contact requests for no more than two years unless a contractual relationship follows, and keep invoice and payment records for as long as accounting and tax regulations require.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, or object to its processing, within the limits of the law. Send your request via the contact page.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access controls to protect data. No transmission over the internet can, however, be guaranteed to be completely secure.
