Your card issuer may charge currency-conversion or international fees, which are outside the Company’s responsibility.
4. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refund Policy, unless the approved quote sets specific terms.
5. Intellectual property
All curricula, training kits, materials, software and marks shown or provided as part of the services are owned by or licensed to the Company. They may not be copied, redistributed or used commercially without prior written permission, unless the contract states otherwise.

8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the courts of Dubai have jurisdiction over any dispute.
